Our experience at Hilton Hawaiian Village hotel was great. Everyone was very helpful and kind. When we arrived Luis helped us with our luggage to our room. The room was clean and housekeeping was very kind and helpful. Petra Fe Verzosa was great. She made sure we had everything we needed. Anytime we needed anything service was very quick.

Aloha! 🌺 I had a great stay at the hotel and Charity N., housekeeper, provided an excellent service and made my stay comfortable. She gave me more than enough towels and clean my room well such as making the bed, getting the trash out and generally making sure it’s clean. Mahalo! 🤙🏽

This is a very large family hotel with lots of buildings and several pools. The Restaurants are really good and there several to choose from. The staff are eager to help out and although staying here can get pretty expensive just remember that this is a large property on Waikiki Beach. Fireworks shows are every friday night as well.

We stayed at this Hilton resort for two nights before boarding the NCL cruise on Saturday. Pros: Good location, could still walk down much of Waikiki beach and access the shops and restaurants. Very friendly staff- like Lisa at the Tropics bar and grill. Great food: even for a very touristy location, every restaurant we ate at on property was delicious. Nice room: we got a great ocean view room in the Ali’i tower. We could see the fireworks on Friday night from our balcony. The room was great, free water, robes and coffee/tea. Housekeeping was great as well. Lots of resort ammenities- most which we didn’t use as we were here for so short. Cons: much bigger complex than expected and very busy. If you’re looking to avoid crowds- this isn’t it. We arrived on a Thursday which wasn’t bad, but Friday was nuts for arrival. So many people around for the weekly fireworks show. Kinda confusing to get around at first. Some of the better resort restaurants are much higher priced than if you go out of the resort.

Was a lovely experience and the staff where very friendly and gave the holiday experience. My experience with the cleaning staff was lovely and Elizabeth was very friendly. I also used the post office service and the people there were lovely and friendly. I definitely had the privilege to enjoy the Polynesian friendliness and everyone from The bar staff, the cleaner, the front desk.
